One of the wealthiest communities in Connecticut, Greenwich is know for its magnificent waterfront and country estates.
In addition, Greenwich offers condominiums, town houses and many neighborhood family homes.
The town of Greenwich covers approximately fifty square miles of diverse terrain from the coast of Long Island Sound
through rolling meadows to wooded hills, which includes 1,500 acres of recreational use land. Within this area there are
different neighborhoods such as Old Greenwich, Riverside, Cos Cob, Byram, Glenville, Banksville etc. Most of the names
are of historical significance and all of these neighborhoods are part of the town of Greenwich. They are served by the same school system, the same town
government and utilize the same town services.

| Recreational activities are varied: excellent beaches and boating on Long Island Sound, golf
and tennis at both public facilities and various country clubs. Four beaches, two of which are on islands reached by town
ferries; trails and fields for polo and equestrian activities.
The Greenwich public schools have a history of excellence in education. The system consists of 1 high school (grades 9-12),
3 middle schools (grades 6-8) and 11 elementary schools (grades K-5). There are several excellent private schools to choose
from, co-educational to strictly girls or boys only.

The Greenwich Hospital is a full service hospital which is affiliated with Yale Medical Center
and offers both in-patient and outpatient services in a new state-of-the-art building.
Greenwich, the gateway to Connecticut, is a comfortable 45-minute commute from New York City by train or by car.
